Maximum efficiency: in 3 minutes it is able to whip 4 l. of liquid cream, producing 12 l. of light whipped cream, bubbly and with excellent quality, losing none of its good essential properties. Keeps the particles of fat cream intact and does not break up their cellular structure.
The movement of the stirrer makes a uniform distribution of the millions of microscopic bubbles of air, injected by the compressor, through the grooves on the disks placed on the bottom of the recipient.
All parts in contact with the cream are made in Stainelss Steel (AISI 304). Quick and easy to clean as it can be disassembled without any tools.
